This site is dedicated to my Maternal Grandparents,
William Thelbert & Olive Lois Combs.
They were raised in a rural area of Kentucky close to Campbellsville. The Combs name is English. It means "west hilly country". The northern part of France belonged to England for two hundred years. So, many from France moved to England when the land was lost to the British. |
